Crime Guard Alarms’ wireless and wired motion sensors detect intruders from the first steps, whether outdoors or indoors. When an attacker enters the field of view of the PIR sensors, the detector analyses the body’s thermal radiation, making sure that it is a human, and then activates the alarm. It all happens in less than a second. We provide both wired and wireless Ajax motion detectors and depending on the detector type, they can be installed indoors and outdoors.

To distinguish an uninvited guest from a pet, our indoor motion detectors use SmartDetect, a software algorithm comparing a PIR sensor’s signal with typical human movement indicators. The alarm will not be activated because of a cat or dog.

Outdoor detectors analyse data from several IR sensors, processing them with advanced digital algorithms to decide whether to raise the alarm or not.
